The Bedouins of the Judean and Negev deserts don't live in towns easily reached by cards, which is why we pioneered these Cultural Jeep tours. Clean your mind on the spectacular jeep ride along the Judean desert, witness unique natural phenomena, and enjoy the kind of hospitality only the Bedouins are capable of.
This unique tour crosses the border between the Judean Desert and the Negev, and along with that it also crosses cultural borders .The jeep tour departs from the desert city of Arad, and includes a visit to an archeological desert water cistern, an exhilarating ride along the magnificent landscape of flingston cliffs, and a visit with the Bedouin community that lives deep in the desert. After drinking delicious Bedouin coffee and enjoying their hospitality, we return to Arad.
We’ll meet at the Dead Sea Adventure Hostel in Arad, where we will have a small debriefing before the tour. After, we will board the jeep and leave on our adventure.
We will experience the Judean Desert's full glory as we ride across its south side, passing the mountains and stopping at some of the most beautiful viewpoints in Israel. We will visit a fascinating ancient water cistern.
We will arrive at the camp of our Bedouin friends, and drink some of their delicious tea and coffee, as we learn about their way of life. This is not a camp often visited by tourists, so we will get an authentic, unfiltered glimpse of their life and experience.
After we've said goodbye to our hosts, we will get back on the jeeps and head back to the Dead Sea Adventure Hostel.
