From ILS 704
The Negev Highland Trail is perfect for those who want to try an amazing hike in Israel. This unique desert hiking trail combines the adventure of trekking with the joy of discovering new cultures, and this self-guided tour takes care of all of the logistics.
The three-day hiking route of the Negev Highland Trail starts at Midreshet Ben Gurion and ends in Arikha, passing unrecognized Bedouin villages, Kibbutzim, settlements, and more. This is one of the best hikes in Israel, because it includes so many beautiful and unique things to see and experience: archeological sites, beautiful natural water sources, high cliffs with gorgeous views, and deep valleys. However, the real beauty of this trek is the cultural adventure that it offers. On each night of this tour you will be hosted by a different community, experiencing their lifestyle, hospitality, and cuisine. The aim of this 3-day desert hike is to break barriers and support those amazing people who live in the Negev.
